How do you find buyers?
We already know them. Our network runs from family offices and owner-operators buying their second park to the largest institutional community owners in the country. Every one has told us exactly what they buy: asset type, site count, states, utilities, price band. Your park is matched against that, not blasted to a list, and you approve who gets called.
What do you sell?
Campgrounds, RV parks and manufactured housing communities.
How fast is it?
Weeks, not months, from going to market to a signed offer you are happy with. Buyers are pre-matched, so day one is outreach, not list-building.
Will my staff or guests find out I am selling?
Not from us. Your park goes to matched buyers under NDA. A public listing happens only if you decide you want one.
Do you buy properties yourselves?
No. We represent you, the seller. We never bid on a property we represent.
Where do you work?
Nationwide. Trail Realty Services LLC is licensed in Michigan. For properties in other states we work with licensed local brokerages where required.
What do you need from me to start?
Property address, site or lot count, the last two to three years of income and expenses, and your rent roll or occupancy. Rough numbers are fine for a first conversation.
